This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and ASLINE LTD (hereinafter "Company") for the use of the Company's software products, services, or licenses made available through aslineltd.com (hereinafter "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install, access, or use the Software.
ASLINE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable documentation. This license is solely for your personal or business use as permitted by the terms herein and does not allow you to:
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including any updates or modifications, remain with ASLINE LTD and its licensors. No rights or title to any intellectual property in the Software are transferred to you.

ASLINE LTD may, at its discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software. Such updates will be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ASLINE LTD does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASLINE LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ASLINE LTD regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.
