This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital licenses and consultancy services offered by ASLINE LTD through aslineltd.com. By purchasing a license or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital licenses are final and non-refundable once the license has been activated. Activation is considered complete when the software license key has been delivered and/or the license has been registered to the customer.
If you have purchased a license but have not yet activated it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used for the original purchase.
For consultancy services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service. If a cancellation is made within this time frame, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service or after the service has begun.
In exceptional circumstances, such as incorrect delivery or defective product, ASLINE LTD may offer a refund or exchange, subject to review and approval.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
